The N gauge 'Blackwall' empty gasometer kit is an extremely easy to build kit that looks stunningly complex and intricate once assembled. The outer lattice wall is 100mm tall and contains the empty tank, complete with top vent pipes.
 
It is fully coloured in grey.
 
Because it is 'empty' it allows scenery and buildings sited behind to be visible.
