The D1 viaduct is  modular system, allowing any length of viaduct to be created. In addition, the piers are designed to be able to be cut down, or embedded in the terrain of a layout - this allows the viaduct to traverse a shallow valley.
 
The viaduct is available in identical modular sections. They come complete with downspouts for the facing elevation, with blanking brackets for the rear - this is to reduce the cost if only the front will be seen. The downspouts are made from 1.5mm ASA rod - if you wish to have the rear downspouts these can be bought separately.  The downspouts are white but are simple to spray with the colour of your choice.
 
The main structure and brick elevations of each arch is made from 1.3mm multicore board, with litho printed UV resistant brick print. The arch section is made from a lamination of 300GSM flexcore with brick print.
Construction is easy, with a single arch section taking around 15 min to assemble.
