Fully detailed, the Kettering 1970's Office Building adds a great low relief element to any modern era layout. It is fully coloured and fully glazed. The walls are manufactured out of the specially developed 'creteflex' material, giving a very realistic 'concrete' finish' The windows are glazed with a single acetate sheet which sits behind the blue window detail layer. 
 
Multiple layers of detail go to create the model, giving great depth and realism.
 
The kit is flat pack with full instructions for construction provided.
 
It is simple to build, requiring PVA glue.
