A small OO Gauge kit representing a general industrial ancilliary building. This particular building housed the substation and switch gear for a metals pressing factory.
 
It is fully coloured - the brickwork is Modelux UV resistant litho printed laminate, and features Invisiseam on the side walling, which allows for a near invisible join seam which hides the multiple layers of 1.3mm multicore board used to create the front elevation.
 
The rooflights are made from 2mm etched acrylic, providing a 'safety glass' appearance.
 
The roof is made from 2 layers of Modelux Creteflex.
