This is a Low Relief kit designed to be sited at the rear of a layout against a backdrop or wall. 
 
Modelux low relief kits are highly detailed. They represent the front elevation and part of the side elevations of buildings or infrastructure. The kits usually are made up of many layers, adding the correct 'depth' to the relief. They are fully coloured and detailed.
 
The Gainsborough One warehouse is not based on a specific building. It is typical of a city centre warehouse, or wharfe warehouse of the Victorian Era.
 
Note : The side walls of the kit are 30mm deep - the photos show the prototype with deeper walls.
